It was a celebratory mood this evening when I presided over the ceremony to appreciate the diligent services of Professors Aaron Mushengyezi and Ernest Okello Ogwang as well as Cyriaco Kabagambe and others to the MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program at Makerere University.
We thank Mastercard Foundation for the great generosity to Africa’s youth.
